Fill out the form and we'll get in touch to confirm a day and time. There are three ways to meet, so choose the one that suits your project.

On-Site Consultation

We come to your home or project to see the space and its existing conditions, and to do a full measure. This is the best place to start if you're renovating, or if you'd like to refinish your existing floors and want to know whether that's the right fit.

Virtual Consultation

We meet by video call to talk through products, plans, inspiration and budget, and to give you some initial direction. This works well when you're still in the early planning stages.

Showroom Visit

You're always welcome to drop in during regular hours, or we can book one-on-one time with one of us. If you're building new, this is where your consultation will happen.

STEP TWO

If you haven't already, the next step is a visit to the showroom to choose your flooring. Our kind and experienced team will help you sort through our samples to find a floor that suits your lifestyle and your budget.

We recommend taking a few samples home so you can see them in your own light before you decide.

STEP THREE

Leave the rest to us.

Once you've chosen your floor, we'll schedule a start date for your project. If you need your flooring installed, our team of tradespeople and project managers will look after it from prep to the final walkthrough.
